Frances J. Kline, 69, of Van Wert, died 12:00 Noon, August 12,2020, at her residence. She was born September 20, 1949, in Pineville, Kentucky, the daughter of Willard R. and Josephine (Cadle) DeFevers.. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Kline of Van Wert.
