Roselaine M. (Zimmerman) Thomason

Roselaine Thomason, age 80, passed away at 10:43 AM Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Community Health Professionals Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center. She was born February 25, 1937 in Lima, Ohio a daughter of Alva & Bernauah (Nesmith) Zimmerman, both of whom are deceased. Her spouse, Charles Edward Thomason also preceded her in death.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda Thomason of Lebanon, OR and a son, Brett Thomason and his wife Karen of Jamul, CA. She is also survived by grandchildren: James Bloomfield, Mike Bloomfield, Diana Thomason, Shawn Hall, Joshua Wayne Thomason, step grandchildren: Joshua and Simon Peter Low and great grandchildren: Chardae Perkins and Anneeshya Perkins, Destiny and Morgan McGraw-Low.
One son, Charles Edward Thomason Jr and two daughters, Cheryl Ann Bloomfield and Connie Thomason, and a grand daughter Christy Lynn Thomason preceded her in death.
Mrs. Thomason was a homemaker and also was a member Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witnesses in Van Wert.
Services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, April 21, 2017 at Brickner Funeral Home with J. Norman Detwiler officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives at the funeral home 1 hour prior to services on Friday.
