Ferne Odell

Hulda Ferne Odell, 94, formerly of Van Wert, has been living in Columbus since 2001 where she has been lovingly cared for by the staff at New Albany Gardens and Care Center. Her work there is done, and the journey of her new life has begun. Ferne was married to Lewis W. Dustman and then to Ralph E. Odell both deceased. Ferne was also preceded in death by her special friend Harry Taylor. She will be sadly missed by daughters Tonnetta (Ed) Compton of Arizona, Pam (Eddy) Marcum of Ohio, Son Lew (Lynn)Dustman of Florida, and by Bud (Lydia) Odell of Michigan. She also leaves behind many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday,May 17, 2011, at Brickner Funeral Home, Van Wert, where friends may call from 11:30 AM to Time of Services. Burial will follow in Van Wert Woodland Cemetery.
