Donald E. Reichert, 61, of Van Wert, Ohio died at 7:10 am Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at his home.
He was born September 20, 1951, to the late Donald Hartman, Sr. and Betty Spoor. He married Patricia (Wilson) Reichert on February 28, 1978. She survives him in Van Wert.
Donald is survived by: 1 son, Michael Reichert of Van Wert; 4 Step-children, Tom Carter, Cindy Carter, and Tammy Wilson all of Lima, and Don Carter of Van Wert; 1 Brother, Bob Hartman of Van Wert; 1 Step-Brother, Chris Reichert of Van Wert; 8 Grandchildren, Abbie Reichert, Alexia and Ambria White, Telishia and Zach Carter, Robert Wilson, Gavin and Storm Carter.
He was preceded in death by his adopted parents, Adolf and Opal Reichert; and a sister, Vicky Hartman.
There will be no viewing or service.
