Dawn A. Wallace, age 46, of Van Wert, died at 11:30 PM Monday, September 23, 2013, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born May 5, 1967, in Van Wert, the daughter of the late Max and Zelda (Vanwormer) Miller.
She is survived by her children: Talina Wallace of Knoxville, TN-Bo Wallace of Van Wert- Chase Wallace also of Van Wert.1 Granddaughter, Addison Fields of Knoxville, TN.
Mrs. Wallace was a homemaker.
