David H. Lewis, age 62, of Van Wert, died at 3:45 AM Thursday, June 9, 2011, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice.
He was born June 27, 1948, in Van Wert, to Delmer D. and Nellie (Stone) Lewis, both deceased.
He is survived by Rita M. Lewis and also by 1 Son, Douglas M. Lewis, 1 Daughter, Molly M.O. Bryen, and 4 Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Dan and Don Lewis, and 1 sister, Jeannette Kennedy.
He was a retired employee of the former Varco Pruden Co. of Van Wert. He was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Van Wert.
