Patricia V. (Vachon)) Minnich

Patricia V. Minnich, 86, of Payne, Ohio passed away at 3:55 AM Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Vancrest of Payne.  She was born December 20, 1936 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, a daughter of Oliver and Veronica (Gonya) Vachon.  On July 27, 1957 she married Jon O. "Jack" Minnich who died December, 26, 2010.

Surviving are her sons and daughters: Marijane A. (Michael) Crowe of New Haven, IN, Emmett J. (Rose A.) Minnich of Convoy, OH, Annette V. (Russell) Spindler, Rockford, OH., and Scott O. (Carey) Minnich of Convoy, OH.  She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren and 2 sisters, Hope Lennon, Kendalville IN. and Jane Crouch of Dunkirk, IN.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband Jon,1 son, Mark, 3 grandchildren, Randy Sovine, Royce Spindler, Regis Spindler, 3 brothers: Tommy, David, and Stephen Vachon.

Patricia was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Van Wert.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:30 AM Saturday, December 31, 2022 at St, Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church with Rev. Chris Bohnsack officiating.  Burial will immediately follow in Riverside Cemetery in Rockford, Oh.

On Friday, December 30, 2022 the family will be present at Brickner Funeral Home from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM for those wishing to pay their respects.  There will be a Rosary Service at the funeral home immediately following this visitation.  Also there will be visitation at the funeral home from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM Saturday, December 31, 2022.

The family has suggested memorials may be directed to The Muscular Dystrophy Association and St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church.
