She was born July 13, 1917, in Grover Hill, Ohio, the daughter of the late Jesse and Fara Belle (DeCoursey) Blythe. She married Fred Bolenbaugh April 17, 1935, he preceded her in death in October 06, 1998.
Survivors include 3 sons, Bill (Peg) Bolenbaugh of Grover Hill, Roger (Pat) Bolenbaugh of Indianapolis, Indiana, and C.M. "Duke" Bolenbaugh of Grover Hill. Twelve Grandchildren, Twenty Five Great-Grandchildren, and Four Great-Great-Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by, one son, Fred Keith Bolenbaugh, two sisters, Faun Litton, and Maxine Foust.
She was a Homemaker, a member of the Former Church of Christ in Grover Hill and was a member of the 1935 Graduating Class of Grover Hill High School, and was also a member of the Van Wert Red Hat Society.
Services will be Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Miller and Roger Bolenbaugh officiating. Burial will be in Middle Creek Cemetery, Grover Hill Ohio.
Visitation will be at the Funeral Home on Tuesday June 26, 2007 from 2-8 PM.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grover Hill EMS and Convoy Care Center.
